Emma Crowe

Leading our payroll services side of the business, Emma ensures all our payroll clients are paid accurately, compliantly and on time whilst advising client leadership teams on the future direction of their payrolls.
She has a proven track record migrating payrolls for global companies in varying sectors including FMCG manufacturing, Recruitment, Construction and Financial Services.
Her main focus is running the service side of the business whilst navigating complex payroll legislation to ensure all our client remain compliant.
Andy Jones
Director
Acting as a client side adviser and also the bridge between the Transformation and Payroll sides of the business, Andy works with his clients to help shape their people agendas, target operating models and global payroll strategies.
He has a proven track record of delivering payroll and HR solutions across a multitude of industries and sectors. His deep payroll expertise ensures that any HR change fully considers the impact on an organisation’s payrolls.
His main focus is on ensuring organisations have the right capability to execute new ways of working when delivering large scale HR system and payroll changes.
Mark Bentley
Director
Acting as a client side adviser for companies going through large scale people transformations, Mark works with his clients to help shape, deliver and optimise their HR and payroll services using tried and tested methods to ensure successful outcomes.
He has a proven track record of delivering solutions for global FTSE 100 and 250 companies in varying sectors including FMCG manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare and Professional Services organisations.
His main focus is on building the foundations for organisations to execute their people and talent management strategies by implementing efficient HR processes using technologies such as Workday, Oracle and SAP SuccessFactors.
